21/10/2009 Just a quick note to say thank you Adrianna & Matt.. Adrianna was the photographer at my daughters wedding Amie & Michael Williams on the 5th Sept 09. The photo's are amazing. The one thing I really liked is that you were there for all the great shots without us even noticing you.

One ofTerrances friends, he is really into photography, he saw our big wedding album and he said in his whole life, he never seen a better album, he said he loved everything about it! 9/08/2009 My husband and I used Harwood as the photography & video service for our wedding. We were more than happy with everything!! They treated us in a very friendly yet professional matter and were willing to do what ever it takes to make sure that we were both happy with the photography.
I realised that it was important for us to have someone with a great personality and is fun and outgoing on our wedding day as we had to spend the entire day with them. They made things so much fun and captured all the beautiful and special moments throughout the day. All our guests also loved them and said how nice they were.
Once we received all the products back, everything was just perfect. Adriana and Mathew really took the time to listen to exactly what was important for us and did just what we wanted. We received all the product on time and it was just so perfect. Also The prices they offer are fantastic as they are very affordable and you are getting something very professional and superior quality.
I am very happy with the service of Harwood Photography and I would certainly recommend them for anyone that wants magical photos and videos to capture all the great moments of the special occasion. Lina & Terrance Rone

9/02/2009 Adriana & Matt, we received the DVD of the wedding and it was AMAZING. Thank you so so much, i have watched it a few times now and am loving reliving the day. Which says a lot because i originally didn't want a video because i said to Mike, and i quote, I will only ever watch it the once and forget about it'. How wrong i was! I am finding excuses to show it to people so i can watch it again. 19/01/2009 I would like to take this opportunity to say a massive thank you to Harwood Photography for their videography services at our wedding! Adriana played such a big part of our special day and we honestly cannot begin to tell you how lucky we feel to have found them!!

We found Harwood Photography on the Internet and we are so grateful that we managed to book their services. The service was excellent from the beginning. I found Harwood about 2 weeks before the wedding!! As it was so last minute I was in a bit of a panic and actually texted a mobile number provided on the Internet after midnight, hoping someone would contact me the next day. To my surprise and delight I received a text back immediately asking if I was still up and was I able to take a telephone call that late at night! Now that is customer service!

My now husband had a few technical questions regarding the equipment (mainly the types of mics used) which were all answered honestly and professionally.

I had a few phone calls leading up to the wedding to discuss what I wanted to get out of the videography for the wedding etc etc which was very reassuring.

On the wedding day, Adriana arrived early and thank goodness she did as we had a bit of a hair emergency so she even helped out with fixing my hair!! She was so friendly and lovely and very discreet! We barely noticed that she was there and she wasn't pushy in trying to direct us too much. In saying that, she did direct us a little bit every now because she knew exactly what she was aiming to get for the video. It all paid off as the results were fabulous.

As for the packages.... Harwood were very flexible with us as we didn’t have a huge budget so they tailored a package to suit our needs and affordability. The package they gave us was extremely good value for money and very affordable.

The final product - our wedding DVD, was absolutely fantastic! We couldn't have been happier with the results. We have had tremendous feedback from everyone who has seen it. We received a highlights version which lasts about 2 - 3 minutes which Harwood actually loaded onto YouTube for us. A great initiative! The full length version went for about 1.5 hrs (?) which was a mixture of edited footage to background music (of our choice) and then it cut to footage of the day to hear things like the ceremony and the speeches etc etc. These lengths of time were perfect for us as we have seen other people's wedding DVDs where they went for 3 hours ++ of the wedding which was quite boring and then a 20 min highlights which is too long!! Adriana also went through the crowd to take messages from the guests which was included separately on the DVD as "Testimonials" These were so much fun to watch. She also selected some favourite "stills" from the video footage and included a slide show on the DVD also. Not only was the length and format of the DVD great but Adriana's actual footage was just beautiful. She really captured some wonderful moments and it is obvious that she is has a natural talent with a great eye for catching those special moments which otherwise would have been forgotten forever!! Finally, the DVDs were beautifully and professionally covered with a selection of our photos and some words lighlty written in the background from a poem that was used in the ceremony.

I cannot recommend enough the use of Harwood's services. On all levels- Customer Service, Communication, Quality of work, Price, Professionalism, Friendliness, they were truly top class. I would be more than happy to show potential customers my wedding DVD and am give my name and number for future reference. Lauren M
